Therapy Sessions
My Approach

I believe meaningful healing happens when care is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in trust. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and focused on understanding the whole person—not just symptoms or diagnoses. Therapy is a space where you are respected, heard, and supported without judgment.
